這些條款說明你可以如何使用 Eatzi，以及我們彼此應負的責任。使用 Eatzi 即表示你同意本條款與隱私權政策。

App 授權
App licence
透過 Apple App Store 下載的 Eatzi 是授權使用，而非出售。除本條款另有說明外，你的授權亦受 Apple 的 標準使用者授權合約 約束；如有衝突，以適用且對使用者保障較高的法律規定為準。
Eatzi is licensed, not sold, through the Apple App Store. Unless these terms say otherwise, your licence is also governed by Apple's Standard EULA, subject to applicable consumer law.
資格與帳號
Eligibility and accounts
你必須年滿 13 歲才能建立帳號；未達所在地成年年齡者應取得家長或監護人同意。請提供正確資料、保護登入憑證，並對帳號內的活動負責。請勿分享、出售或冒用他人帳號。
You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are below the age of majority where you live, obtain permission from a parent or guardian. Keep account information accurate and credentials secure; do not sell, share or impersonate accounts.
遊戲與虛擬物品
Game and virtual items
飯精靈、元氣值、元氣幣、隊伍、據點、排名、造型與其他遊戲內容是 Eatzi 服務的一部分，不具有現金價值，也不能在服務外買賣或兌換。Eatzi 目前的元氣幣只能透過遊戲獲得，不提供現金購買。
Nom noms, vitality, coins, teams, holdings, ranks, cosmetics and other game content are part of the Eatzi service. They have no cash value and cannot be traded or redeemed outside Eatzi. Eatzi coins are currently earned through play and are not sold for money.

請勿：
- 騷擾、威脅、冒充或傷害他人。
- 上傳侵權、違法、仇恨、露骨或不當內容。
- 操弄定位、打卡、戰鬥、經濟或排名。
- 使用自動化、逆向工程、未授權工具或干擾服務。
- 嘗試存取其他使用者或受保護系統的資料。
Do not:
- Harass, threaten, impersonate or harm others.
- Upload infringing, illegal, hateful, explicit or abusive content.
- Manipulate location, check-ins, sparring, economy or rankings.
- Use automation, reverse engineering, unauthorised tools or service interference.
- Attempt to access another user's data or protected systems.
你提供的內容
Content you provide
你仍擁有自己上傳的照片、評論與文字。你授予 Eatzi 非專屬、全球性、免權利金的授權，僅為了在服務中儲存、顯示、格式化與提供這些內容。你應確認擁有必要權利。你可刪除內容或帳號；我們可移除違反條款或危害社群的內容。
You retain ownership of photos, reviews and text you submit. You grant Eatzi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence only to store, display, format and provide that content within the service. You must have the necessary rights. You may delete content or your account; we may remove content that violates these terms or harms the community.
營養與健康資訊
Nutrition and health information
Eatzi 提供一般資訊與遊戲化的營養參考，不是醫療建議、診斷或治療。營養數據可能因店家配方、份量或輸入資料而不同。若你有疾病、飲食失調、懷孕、過敏或特殊需求，請以合格醫療專業人員的建議為準。
Eatzi provides general information and game-based nutrition guidance, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition values may vary with recipes, portions and source data. Seek qualified medical advice for medical conditions, eating disorders, pregnancy, allergies or specialised needs.
Eatzi+ 訂閱
Eatzi+ subscriptions
- 價格、期間與內容以購買畫面和 App Store 顯示為準。
- 確認購買後，由 Apple 向你的 Apple ID 帳號收費。
- 訂閱會自動續訂，除非你在目前期間結束前至少 24 小時關閉自動續訂。
- 可在 iOS「設定」的 Apple ID 訂閱頁面管理或取消。
- 重新安裝或換機時可在 App 內使用「恢復購買」。
- 退款由 Apple 依其政策處理。
- Price, duration and included features are shown on the purchase screen and App Store.
- Apple charges your Apple ID after confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscriptions settings.
- Use Restore Purchases after reinstalling or changing devices.
- Apple handles refund requests under its policies.
服務變更與終止
Changes and termination
我們可能為安全、營運、平衡或改良而更新功能、菜單資料、遊戲內容或可用地區。我們會盡力避免不合理影響已付費權益。若帳號嚴重或重複違反條款、危害使用者或系統安全，我們可限制或終止使用。你可隨時刪除帳號。
We may update features, menu data, game content or availability for security, operations, balance or improvement. We aim to avoid unreasonable impact on paid entitlements. We may restrict or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, user harm or system risk. You may delete your account at any time.
責任與消費者權利
Liability and consumer rights
Eatzi 依「現況」與「可用」狀態提供。在法律允許範圍內，我們不保證服務永不中斷、所有資料完全正確或每一間店隨時可用。本條款不排除台灣或你所在地法律不得排除的消費者權利，也不限制因故意、重大過失或法律禁止限制的責任。
Eatzi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect data accuracy or permanent shop availability. These terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and contact
重大變更會更新本頁日期，必要時在 App 內通知。若部分條款無效，其餘條款仍繼續有效。問題請寄至 support@eatzi.io。
Material changes will update the date on this page and, when appropriate, be announced in the app. If one provision is unenforceable, the others remain effective. Contact support@eatzi.io.
